Itinerary:
We start the hike at the junction between end of the paved Hwy 66 and the start of the gravel road - Powderface Road. We park at that junction near the open gate. The trail starts into the trees, then out of the trees with views of Forget Me Not Ridge, then back into the trees and up onto the ridge where we will have lunch. After lunch we descend from the ridge down into the trees and back onto Powderface Road where our shuttled cars are waiting. Because we end the hike 5kms from the start of the hike we will do a car shuttle. We will organize the shuttle at the meeting place/trailhead (junction Hwy 66 and Powderface Road).
