Write Up:
What a wonderful hike on a beautiful day in spite of a bit of ice, wind and snow. What a great group to celebrate and toast the end of a good year and prospects for a great new year. Nice to host the first united clubs hike with about half the group being Prairie Mountaineers. This annual hike is a bit like midnight mass - a lot of people who have hardly hiked all year show up for this hike like midnight mass (the Catholics would understand).
