Enjoyable and friendly group. No one complained about going over, under and around the downed trees on the second section of the trail. After that, straight forward to the top of the third (west) hill for a relaxing lunch. Warm, muggy and smoky. However, the smoke made for some interesting photos. Profusion of Spreading Dogbane (thanks Glynn for identifying) with its beautiful long red seed pods. At the lunch spot Yellow Rattle. All in all another great day on the trail. Of note: Logging ended in that area in 2019. The logging roads have been reclaimed. Have some photos from this event that you'd like to share in our photo album?
