Write Up:
ON HIGHWAY 40 FOR A STRETCH WE HAD TO GO 50 KM DUE TO A "TIRE COMMERCIAL" BEING FILMED - ALSO A SIGN INDICATING "LOW FLYING HELICOPTERS" - WE MISSED ALL OF THIS ACTION AND IT WAS ODD WHY WE HAD TO DRIVE SO SLOW - DRIVING TO CHESTER WAS HOW ANY MAGNIFICENT DAY SHOULD BE IN THE FALL - COLOURS ARE GORGEOUS EN ROUTE - WAS EXPECTING THE SAME ON THE TRAIL, BUT ALAS, THE TREES ARE JUST STARTING TO TURN - WENT UP TO ELEPHANT ROCKS, SAME THERE - LUNCH ON THE ROCKS, GORGEOUS, NO WIND AND SUPER SUNNY WITH BLUE SKIES OVERHEAD - FOR THOSE GOING TO CHESTER NEXT WEEEK SATURDAY: PROBABLY EXCELLENT FOR THE FALL COLOURS ON THE TRAIL - ENJOY -
